Lancer Robotics is the FIRST robotics competition team at Saint Francis
High School. We pride ourselves in cultivating an engaging environment where students of all
classes are provided the opportunity to collaborate with each other alongside experienced
mentors with careers in STEM. When we're not engineering our competition robot, Lancer Robotics
runs off-season workshops, provides community support through local outreach with our
neighboring St. Simon schools, and fosters a strong team dynamic by hosting inter-team events
like our annual Soccerbots competition!
We teach students how to work together on a
constantly evolving project, manage time sensitive deadlines, stress commitment and
responsibility, and so much more. Our sub-teams and board roles range from electrical and
mechanical engineering, to software and manufacturing, to social media and outreach. Team 2367
guarantees to have something for all high-schoolers interested in the elaborate world of FIRST
robotics!
